Our grounds comprise 12 acres of open space, walking paths, waterways, and gardens to enjoy.
Go for a bike ride, enjoy a leisurely walk with your friends (two or four-legged), join the sailing club for some (remote-control) boat fun, or just sit back and enjoy all the beautiful flora, fauna, and friendly faces.
Kithbrooke Park boasts a dedicated team of gardeners and grounds crew, working round the week to keep each lawn tidy, and each tree and bush green and blooming. Many of them are permanent staff, so give them a wave next time you see them when you take one of those walks around our 12 acres of beautiful space.

Did you know we had a regular shuttle bus service?
This means our residents can easily get around without having to drive themselves, rely on family and friends, or take public transport.
Aside from regular trips to Torquay, we use our shuttle bus for transport to many organised events too, so concerts, theatres, and other major events can all be enjoyed without the hassle!
